A paint color can transform a space from fine to fantastic! Armed with experience, colors, and your preferences, together we can find the perfect fit for your furnishings and light.
After evaluating the dimensions of your room, and the furnishings available, the best floor plan for your space will be presented. All things will be considered: the flow of the space, the purpose of the space, the number of people living in your home, if anyone has special/physical limitations, pets, exits, etc.
Using your furnishings, decorative items, and possibly some additions, a new design for your space will be created. This includes a focal point, floor plan, balance, flow, and, if desired, selection of textiles and accessories. Depending on your needs, art, floor covering, and furnishings can also be selected.
All of these options can help when you want your new home to be your new oasis.
With all options, you will be asked a number of questions to best determine your personal style, preferences, and most valued objects in order to develop a plan to match your aesthetic taste and preferences.

Staging has two purposes:
1) To sell your home as quickly as possible and
2) to yield the greatest price.
The primary difference between redesign and staging is that staging focuses on the preferences of those in the current buyer's market instead of the preferences of the homeowner.
Creating a welcoming first impression
Helping buyers envision themselves living in the space
Facilitating a connection leading to a sale
A recent National Association of Realtors poll found out that 90% of potential home buyers start their property search on the Internet. Staging your home increases the visibility of your property to potential buyers.
Statistics show for homes that are not staged, the first price reduction will far outweigh the cost you would incur investing in professional staging services.
